Bringing up to 30% more material efficiency to the world wrapping community
Precision cutting specialist joins the World Wrap Masters Final at FESPA Barcelona, empowering top wrap professionals with technology that cuts smarter and wastes less.
Barcelona, May 20 – Summa, a global specialist in precision cutting solutions, is proud to announce its sponsorship of the World Wrap Masters Final 2026, taking place at FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona. The partnership shows Summa’s devotion to supporting the automotive wrapping community.
The World Wrap Masters Final is the most prestigious stage in professional vehicle wrapping, drawing elite installers from across the globe. For Summa, backing the competition is a natural extension of its goal to give creative professionals the tools to work faster, smarter, and with less waste.
During the competition, finalists will work with Summa S3 Tangential cutters, putting the technology to the test in a high-pressure, real-world environment. The results speak for themselves: using precise digital templates, smart nesting algorithms and seamless workflow integration, each square meter of film is used as efficiently as possible. Compared to manual cutting, Summa's S3T delivers faster, more consistent output and enables up to 30% material savings, a meaningful gain in both cost efficiency and sustainability.
"Wrapping demands accuracy, efficiency, and creativity in equal measure. At Summa, we focus on delivering the first two, so that wrap professionals can pour everything into the third. Supporting the World Wrap Masters Final is our way of celebrating the talent in this community and showing what the right cutting technology makes possible."
— Randi Kerkaert, Product Manager, Summa
The competition will also feature helmet wrapping challenges, a discipline that demands exceptional precision on complex curved surfaces. Visitors at the Summa booth (2E30) will be able to see this firsthand, with expert wrapper Jarno Provost from Grafical performing live helmet wrapping demonstrations throughout the show. Summa's cutting solutions are already trusted in some of the most demanding helmet applications in the world, including at Jens Munser Designs, the German studio behind custom racing helmets for Formula 1 drivers.
“Having the support of one of the world’s leading cutting brands is truly important to the wrapmasters community, and showcases that technology and craftsmanship go hand in hand when it comes making impact.”
— Kiss Lajos, Head Judge World Wrap Masters
Summa's cutting solutions work seamlessly with any wrap film, paint protection film (PPF), and all major templating software, giving professionals complete flexibility to integrate the technology into their existing workflows without compromise. At Summa's Experience Center, materials are continuously tested and validated, with insights shared back to the community to help wrappers stay ahead.
As part of the sponsorship, the winner of the World Wrap Masters Final will receive a Summa cutter, so the perfect cut doesn't end on the competition floor.
