One system. Two ways to work. Every cut on an F Series starts the same way: the module drives the motion, the tool defines the cut. From the F Series Vantage launch onward, that structure becomes clearer and simpler: two versatile modules that accept a full tool library, and four single tool modules engineered for tasks that demand dedicated power. What you place on the machine determines how your day flows.

Variety of router bits to process solid boards

Use a bigger diameter for faster routing. If more details is required, use a small diameter. To avoid vibration, the length of the bit should be as close as possible to the thickness of the media. The depth/pass should be limited to 1 time the diameter size of the bit for the standard router and 1,5 times the diameter of the bit for the HF router. The maximum media thickness should not exceed 3 x the bit diameter.

Clean routing for rigid signage, display work, and industrial components. Reliable finishes on foam PVC, MDF, acrylic, ACP/ACM, and polycarbonate.
