The 1 kW router can handle the processing of the most common rigid supports used
in the graphics and sign industries, including rigid PVC/Forex, acrylic/plexiglass,
Dibond/aluminum composite panels, and soft & hard woods up to 13 mm (0.5”)thick.
The routing bit shank reaches a maximum of 8 mm (0.315”) in diameter.

ONE DEVICE, PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES

The Integra is the answer to cut, kiss-cut, creasing, and routing demand as it is able to guarantee optimal performance on multiple materials with a single machine. The machine is equipped with a high-resolution camera that, in combination with a the OptiCut software (optional), automatically detects the position of the registration marks for quick and precise contour cuts. The optimal securing of the material is ensured by a vacuum table divided into multiple zones, as well as the support of a pneumatic fold-away clamping system.

The Integra’s flatbed system makes use of a considerable degree of automation, with
automatic adjustment of the cutting depth and full motorization of the two cutting
heads. The Integra is fast in processing materials with quick tool setup in relation to
the height of the panel to be processed.

Touch Probe for zero-point research

Fixed on the machine table, it makes it possible to position the axes of the spindle in a simple and precise way so as to quickly determine the zero points of the material. Optimal fixing of the material is ensured by a dynamically concentrated zone-adjustable vacuum table and pneumatic clamping system.
