Ein System. Zwei Arbeitsweisen. Jeder Schnitt an einer F-Serie beginnt gleich: Das Modul steuert die Bewegung, das Werkzeug bestimmt den Schnitt. Ab dem Start der F-Serie Vantage wird diese Struktur klarer und einfacher: Zwei vielseitige Module, die eine vollständige Werkzeugbibliothek aufnehmen, und vier Einzelwerkzeug-Module, die für Aufgaben entwickelt wurden, die spezielle Leistung erfordern. For fine detail on lighter materials. A refined blade designed for precision finishing on thinner substrates, delivering sharp detail with minimal distortion.

Use a bigger diameter for faster routing. If more details is required, use a small diameter. To avoid vibration, the length of the bit should be as close as possible to the thickness of the media. The depth/pass should be limited to 1 time the diameter size of the bit for the standard router and 1,5 times the diameter of the bit for the HF router. The maximum media thickness should not exceed 3 x the bit diameter.

The EOT is ideal for cutting soft and medium-density materials, designed for cutting through material up to 10 mm thick and lightweight material up to 18 mm thick. This tool is driven by an electric motor, producing up to 12,000 rpm and moves a knife up and down over a stroke of 1 mm.

This tool is available in two types. The POT is powered by compressed air and moves its knife up and down over a stroke of 8 mm. It is designed to cut through thicker, stronger and more rigid material up to 25 mm thick. The POT-L has a long knife to cut thick, soft material with a minimum thickness of 20 mm and a maximum thickness up to 42 mm.

Das Präzisionsmodul für gemischte Produktion. Hohe Anpresskraft. Breite Kompatibilität. Bewältigt Halbschnitte, Rillen, V-Schnitte, starre Ausschnitte und oszillierende Klingen für dickere Substrate.
