Summa America announces the launch of the high-level L1810 2nd Gen. laser cutter at ISA Sign Expo 2022

This year, ISA Sign Expo 2022 is taking place in Atlanta, the land of Coca-Cola, but also the land where Martin Luther King was a pastor and the first black university was founded. An inspirational city to say the least.  Summa America is determined to inspire the crowd with its high-end cutting solutions at booth 4031, from the 4th to the 6th of May 2022.

The dedicated Summa America team will be giving demonstrations on cutting equipment from Summa’s four product series. Summa America is proud to present the L1810 2nd generation laser cutter, making its debut in the United States. Enjoy live demonstrations on the most productive and newest asset of the Summa L Series laser cutter portfolio and learn all about its benefits during the show.

Future-proof and highly productive laser cutting solution

The L1810 2nd generation laser cutter is especially suited to process all kinds of textiles, such as sportswear, dye sublimation clothing, as well as all kinds of raw materials used in the composite industry. The robust construction, field-upgradable options and in-house software make the L1810 2nd generation a true future-proof workhorse that thrives in the most demanding, high-volume production environments.

No matter how rigid the lead times, the L1810 2nd generation can accomplish the assignment at lightning speed and always with the same consistent high finishing quality Summa is known for.

5 pillars of Summa Laser Cutting Technology

Along with the new L1810 laser cutter, the L3214 large-format laser cutter will be present at the Summa America booth. Both Summa L Series laser cutters are developed on the premise of the 5 pillars: Power, legendary quality, class 1 safety, stability, and productivity, which embody today’s innovative and productive Summa laser technology. GoProduce Laser Edition software to perfectly match the L Series

Along with the L1810 2nd generation, new software for the L Series will be launched. Summa’s in-house developed GoProduce Laser Edition for the L Series is a production-oriented software module, handling jobs easily, efficiently, and robustly whilst optimally using the material. The barcode functionality allows the processing of an entire textile roll with different cutting jobs without digital operator intervention, resulting in a fully automated workflow. Additionally, other functionalities in the software will give a substantial boost to your laser cutting workflow.

Powerful flatbed cutter with a small footprint

During the show, the Summa F Series will be represented by its most popular model, the F1612, equipped with a convenient conveyor extension to minimize downtime. The wide gamut of materials and applications shown on the F1612 during the show will be inexhaustible, proving once again how versatile this high-end product is. Summa Roll Cutter Series for high-volume precision vinyl cutting

The S2TC160 model from the S Class 2 Series and the S1D160 model from the S One Series will also be highlighted during the event. Both roll cutters will prove to you just why Summa is renowned for its roll cutter technology. Featuring meticulous and fast cutting for short and long-run jobs.
