Summa America is experiencing a transformation following exponential growth in recent years. To sustain this momentum, the organization has been empowered with a new platform for future growth and innovation over the past year. Significant investments in the team, modern facilities, and strategic leadership are positioning Summa for long-term success.

As we step into 2025, we're proud to say that these changes have been successfully implemented, creating a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation in the years ahead.

Looking back on 2024, it was a year of milestones for Summa America, marked by several key developments. At the heart of this transformation was our dedication to investing in our greatest asset: our team. We expanded our operations and services team, bringing on talented professionals who embody the innovative spirit and dedication that drive our growth. Adding to that, we introduced our team to a robust new ERP system to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

A pivotal moment came with our relocation to the new U.S. headquarters and a state-of-the-art Experience Center in Indianapolis. This facility encourages collaboration, fosters innovation, and supports excellence. These strategic investments in people and infrastructure have enhanced our organizational strength and our ability to deliver exceptional customer value.

To further accelerate our growth, we strengthened our leadership team with the appointment of Bryan Timmerman as Managing Director of North America. In this role, Bryan oversees all regional activities, reports directly to CEO Stijn Henderickx, and joins the Summa Management Team to help drive our vision forward.

Bryan brings more than two decades of international expertise in industrial sales, manufacturing, and operations. His expertise in developing strategic growth initiatives and market penetration strategies, combined with the talents of the dedicated team, will help to propel Summa's presence across North America.

"My focus is on harnessing the collective talent and expertise of our team to develop market strategies and product-service initiatives that align with customer-focused objectives," says the new Managing Director. "By fostering collaboration and innovation within our team, we will craft tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders. Together, we will build on Summa's strong foundation, delivering lasting value and driving sustainable growth across the competitive North American market."

Stijn Henderickx, CEO of Summa, adds: "The transformation of our North American operations—with an expanded team, new state-of-the-art facilities, and new leadership—marks a pivotal moment for Summa. This enables us to take the next step in serving our clients, fostering deeper partnerships and delivering greater value. I am thrilled to support Bryan and our North American colleagues as we work together to empower our customers' success and drive shared growth."

These developments underscore Summa's belief in the growth potential of the North American market and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value to our partners.
